Alby Dean is a Certified Advanced Rolfer® trained by the Dr Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, CO.
She holds a B.S. in Exercise Sciences, A.A.S. in Physical Therapy Assistant, and Certifications for Athletic Training and Level 3 Ski Instructor.
She brings over 30 years of manual therapy to her practice with a background in physical therapy as a PT Assistant for orthopedic outpatient therapy and athletic training working with high school and collegiate athletes. She is currently providing athletic training wellness services to Squaw Valley Alpine Meadow employees.
Alby loves to incorporate movement therapy with structural integration and after 30 years of alpine ski coaching, she has a trained eye for proper movement patterning.
She lives in Truckee and loves the Sierra Nevada for skiing, hiking and cycling. Alby also loves to travel internationally and enjoys meeting people and learning about the history of other cultures.
